Its going to be a busy few weeks for the UNISON Community and Voluntary Organisations Branch with lots happening at branch.
First we have a branch committee meeting on Tuesday 22 March at 5:30pm – all branch members are welcome to join our Zoom meeting and observe the meeting (just email admin@unisoncvob.org.uk to get the Zoom link).
At that meeting we will be:-
a) selecting delegates to Unison National Conference in Brighton on 14-17 June 2022 and arranging to discuss the motions that will be debated at conference;
b) making final preparations for our Annual General Meeting which is to be held on Wednesday 30th March at 6pm (probably on Teams or Zoom).
c) also hearing updates on planning for another ALL members meeting to be held in person at the Ramsay Scout Centre on Holloway Road on Thursday 21st April from 5:30 pm.
d) officially confirming the appointment of those members who stood for election (or re-election) to the branch committee posts
